He grew up in Toowoomba, Queensland, and chased a professional rugby career to France before injury ended that chapter. After hitting rock bottom, he rebuilt himself from the ground up — studying performance psychology, completing his NLP Master Practitioner certification, and starting to coach others through the same struggle.
